T&Cs

  • Gift cards must be used with 1 year of purchase. Date will be shown on printable gift certificate. Update 01.01.25 - due to the upcoming temporary closure of Utterly Relaxed, all gift certificates must be used by 17th April 2025 or their expiry date, whichever comes first.

  • Cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.

  • Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.

  • No change will be given on any unused portion of the gift certificate, but any remaining balance may be used against future bookings.

  • The terms and conditions of these gift certificates can be amended at any time at the discretion of Utterly Relaxed and shall be binding on the customer

How to redeem a gift certificate

Been given one of my gift certificates? Redeeming couldn’t be simpler! Simply apply the code using the “Redeem gift certificate” button while booking your appointment online.

Alternatively, just bring the code along to the appointment and I can redeem it for you in-person.
